Our Workforce Recovery Program allows companies to bring back loyal, and trained laid off workers through Elite instead of bringing in new temporary workers with no company experience.

This may allow cost savings if the laid off workers would have had to receive benefits when brought back through the company. If brought back through Elite, you can delay the provision of benefits until they transition back to your payroll. Once your company becomes more comfortable with economic conditions, and you are ready to start bring these workers back on a full time basis, Elite Staffing will not charge any conversion fees for taking the worker off of our payroll, even if it was for only one day.
