The Client
A large contract packaging company that has been servicing the Chicago area for a number of years expanded their business with an acquisition outside of the Chicagoland area and was in need of staffing services at their new location. Initially, this company chose to work with another vendor to fulfill their temporary staffing needs at this new facility, located outside of St. Louis, Missouri. It soon became apparent that their original vendor could not handle their staffing requirements, which led them to contact Elite Staffing.

Our challenge was clear: provide our client with the reliable staffing services they required to effectively handle and manage the fluctuating day to day staffing needs of their new location outside of St. Louis.
Our Strategy
Using Elite USA, our unique network of thousands of locally owned and operated temporary staffing agencies across the country, we were able to identify the closest member of our staffing alliance in the St. Louis area. This allowed us to use as many of our Elite USA members as possible to meet the large fluctuations in the daily staffing requirements of our client.
The Results
Through the use of local staffing agencies that are a part of the Elite USA network, we were able to provide the support our client needed to effectively handle their changing temporary staffing needs and fill orders on a regular basis. Elite Staffing now regularly supplies this client with consistent staffing services that provide between 600 and 900 temporary workers across two facilities, four shifts, seven days a week. In addition, we have since:
- Provided on-site managers working directly from our client's facilities for immediate communication and management of staffing services
- Opened a local office to assist in employment staffing recruiting
- Streamlined our client's temporary staffing management processes by acting as their single point of contact for the staffing agencies used to provide workers at their facilities
